Probate and Decedent's Estates (representing the Testator of the Will, the Beneficiary of the Will, an Heir, the Trustee, the Proposed Guardian and the Proposed Ward)
Estate Planning (that is not for tax purposes): Last Will and
Testament, Power of Attorney, Power of Attorney for Health Care
Purposes, Directive to Physicians (Living Will), Designation of
Guardian, Revocable (simple) Living Trusts, and Heirship
Affidavit (We do not handle estate planning matters for tax
purposes.)
Matters of Litigation in Probate Court: Probate of Decedent's
Estate; Probating an Estate With a Will, Probating an Estate Without a
Will, Instigating or Defending a Will Contest (as to its legitimacy or a
challenge by a beneficiary), Proving or Disproving Heirship Matters
(contested and uncontested), and Providing Matters of Guardianship
(uncontested and contested).
Locations include: Dallas County, Collin County, Ellis County,
Denton County, Kaufman County, Tarrant County, and Harris County.
Fees are based on hourly rates between $150 to $225 per hour.
