We are business-minded attorneys who understand business issues within the banking industry and the commercial credit lending industry, first hand. We worked as employees, loan officers, and managers in Texas banks and commercial lending companies for more than 15 years. We have advanced business post-graduate degrees in Masters of Business Administration. We continue to maintain our relationships with our banking peers.

We work in tandem with the Special Assets Group, Security Department, Commercial Lending Department, and, if applicable, the in-house counsels. We usually serve as the primary counsel but may work in conjunction with other attorneys as the adjunct counsel, whichever best serves your needs.

Whether a matter requires skillful, aggressive, consistent, competent negotiation strategies and techniques or solid dependable litigation work, our approaches and solutions provide tangible results without the fear or concern of retribution for legal incompetence or a runaway case in litigation.

We are money-minded, constantly considering the cost verses the benefit, spending good money after bad. Sometimes we have been known to recommend settlement, considering the long term costs and the certainty of closure in hand, even if it hurts.
